Information Strategies, Inc. regularly conducts nationwide surveys on a variety of topics for its publications which include www.hsafinder.com and www.2sbdigest.com.
The 2010 national survey on healthcare insurance usage can be accessed here and we would like you to participate.
As you may be aware, our surveys are regularly reported in the national media and analyzed by corporate and government officials.
All answers are kept confidential and individual responses are only used in an aggregate form to identify and report on national trends on healthcare insurance.
The survey takes only a few minutes of your time and five American Express reward cards will be given to randomly selected participants.
